After the order is placed with DHL-FEDEX-UPS, expect delivery between 2-5 business days.

Tracking: 

You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery: 

To receive your order, a signature is necessary. If DHL-FEDEX-UPS attempts delivery but no one's available, they'll leave instructions on your phone or a note. You can reschedule delivery or collect your order from the nearest DHL-FEDEX-UPS service point as guided.

Delivery limitations: 

International orders will not deliver to PO boxes or hotels. DHL-FEDEX-UPS will only ship to business addresses or private addresses.

Ownyoursun is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that are recorded as delivered to the correct shipping address. Also, we are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
