Delivery and Return Notification

Delivery Terms

A Cargo Company is used in our product deliveries. Delivery time is 3 days within the borders of Istanbul and 5 days in other regions. If the Cargo Company cannot go to remote areas in Turkey, the person who placed the order can receive the product he ordered from the nearest branch of the Cargo Company.

Orders received after 15.00 are considered to be received on the next business day. Orders received after 15.00 on Friday are considered to be received on the following Monday. Orders placed on holidays such as public holidays are deemed to be received on the first official working day following the end of the holiday.

Products are delivered only to the person who placed the order at the address where the order was placed.

In order for the delivery to take place, it will be useful to provide the address and telephone number of your location during the day. The product of the customer who cannot be found at the given address is taken to the relevant branch. Products not received within 4 days will be returned.

Open and check the packages you think were damaged during shipment in front of a representative of the company you received them from. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report with the cargo company. Please remember that after the product is received, you accept that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty fully.
Warranty of Products

Ownyoursun should be contacted for any problems that may arise after the product reaches the customer and/or over time.

All products are under Ownyoursun warranty.

Order status

When your order is confirmed, it will be sent to you via e-mail with shipping information.

To find out the status of your order in more detail, you can go to the My Account section and track your order online with the Shipment Tracking Number if it is Waiting for Approval, Approved, Shipped and Shipped.

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order by sending an e-mail to info@ownyoursun.com with your order number. If your order has not been shipped, your cancellation will be made.

Return Conditions

You can return the products you purchased within 7 business days from the date of delivery, by complying with the return conditions below.

If the product(s) you are returning has a problem, you can apply for a refund by calling Customer Services at +90 000 000 00 00.

Our Return Conditions;

- Shipping costs for returns belong to the Customer.
- Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.
- If the product cannot be returned in the same condition it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be returned and the price will not be refunded.
- Returns of products whose original box and/or packaging of the product you are returning are damaged (any duct tape and various pastings have been applied to the box and/or packaging) and are not in a resalable condition will not be accepted.
- Refunds cannot be accepted if the following conditions occur in the products and/or packaging;
- If there is any stain, dirt, scratch, deterioration, breakage, tear, use or damage,
- If the original packaging box and/or the supporting box, box, foam and air bubble bags inside the box are missing.
- You must return the product you want to return to us together with the invoice we sent you and a petition explaining why you are returning the product.
- For products to be returned, their packaging must be unopened, intact and unused.
- You must return the product in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. If the product is used, you are responsible for paying for the loss of commercial value of the product due to use.

Return Procedures

The returned product is examined by our Returns Department.

If the above return conditions are met, the refund process is initiated. This process varies between 3 - 7 days.

We will contact you when we confirm the return.

If your order was made by credit card, the refund will be sent to your credit card. If your order was made by money order, the refund will be sent to your bank account.
