Creating Process

Since all Ownyoursun designs are made to order, the creating process begins after your order is placed. Your design is usually ready to ship within 7-21 days.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping for all orders. After your order is handed to DHL, FedEx, UPS or another cargo partner, international delivery usually takes 2-5 business days. For domestic deliveries in Turkiye, delivery usually takes 3 business days within Istanbul and 5 business days in other regions.

You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships. A signature may be required at delivery. International orders cannot be delivered to PO boxes or hotels.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes and local charges applied by their country.

No Standard Returns, Exchanges or Cancellations

Each Ownyoursun piece is custom made after the order is placed. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not accept standard returns, standard exchanges or cancellations after the order is placed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product. Approved damaged or defective item cases will be reviewed and resolved by repair, replacement or exchange, refund or return, depending on the case.

For approved damaged or defective item returns, return shipping is covered by Ownyoursun. Customs duties, import taxes and local charges are not refundable unless required by applicable law.

Delivery Issues

Please check your package at delivery. If the package appears damaged, ask the carrier to create a damage report before accepting it. Ownyoursun is not responsible for packages recorded as delivered to the correct shipping address or for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
