How to Take Your Measurements

To ensure the perfect fit for your handcrafted Ownyoursun design, follow these simple steps to measure your body accurately. Use a soft measuring tape and keep it snug but not tight.

1. Bust

Measure around the fullest part of your chest (under your armpits, around your shoulder blades, and back to the front) while wearing a non-padded bra. Keep the tape straight and level across your back and chest.

2. Waist

Find your natural waist by bending slightly to one side—the crease that forms is your natural waistline. Measure around this point, keeping the tape comfortably loose.

3. Hips

Stand with your feet together and measure around the widest part of your hips, usually 7-9 inches (18-23 cm) below your waist. Ensure the tape stays level all the way around.
